Personal Injury

Personal injury law is a broad area of the law that covers many situations where one party’s negligent conduct results in harm to another.  It is much broader than motor vehicle accidents.

It applies when a person fails to use such care as a reasonable and prudent person would use under similar circumstance.  As a result of this failure to use care someone else suffers harm.  This breach of the duty of care is called “negligence”.
