New Idaho Industrial Commission Chairman

Commissioner, Thomas P. Baskin III, was elected chairman of the Idaho Industrial Commission by the Commissioner's effective January 1, 2013.  His term as Commissioner Chairman will continue until December 31, 2014.  Biannually the Idaho Industrial Commissioners rotate the Chairmanship of the Commission.

Commissioner Baskin is the attorney member of the Idaho Industrial Commission.  He previously worked in private practice in Boise, Idaho, doing insurance defense work on Idaho workers’ compensation cases.
