After extensive rulemaking procedures, the Idaho Industrial Commission has adopted new Judicial Rules Of Practice And Procedure. These are the rules that govern the hearing process before the Idaho Industrial Commission and are important to both attorneys and injured workers.

While many of the rules are technical and would be of interest only to attorneys, they do provide an understanding of the procedures and rules that one might face in a disputed workers’ compensation case in Idaho.
