Amberson Law, P.L.L.C. is an Idaho law firm representing injured persons in Social Security Disability, Idaho Workers' Compensation , and Personal Injury cases.  

Thomas B. Amberson, Attorney

Mr. Amberson has been practicing law in Social Security Disability, Workers' Compensation , and Personal Injury for over 20 years.  He is a member of the Idaho and Oregon state bars.  A member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association as well as National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives, Mr. Amberson has served as a Idaho State Bar Examiner, Chairman of the Idaho State Bar Workers Compensation Section and as a bar meeting lecturer.  He did this undergraduate work at Idaho State University (BA) and graduate work at the Colllege of Law at Willamette University (JD) and the Atkinson Graduate School of Management at Willamette University (MBA).  He is certified as a Workers Compensation Specialist by the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association.  

In his time away from the office he is an active outdoorman, a former Idaho Guide and Outfitter, who enjoys being out of doors in allseasons.  He feels blessed to live in an region with great skiing, fly fishing, floating, hiking and bird hunting.  When not out of doors he enjoys working with his hands.      

 

 

Practice Area B

Ann Boltik, Bookkeeper

Ms. Boltik holds a BS in Nursing and also a BS in Health Care Administration from Idaho State University.  She has also completed graduate classes at Texas Woman's University, Denton, TX.  She is a licensed Registered Nurse in Idaho and Washington.  Her nursing background includes intensive care nursing and nursing management in large metropolitan hospitals in Denver, Houston, and Dallas.  She has also worked in various areas in smaller community hospitals in Coeur d’Alene and Post Falls.

Aside from tracking client costs advanced and general office bookkeeping, she assist with complex medical record analysis and treatment issues.

Practice Area B

She enjoys photography, fine arts painting, stained glass, gardening, and reading.  Special interests are wildlife photography of native Idaho species and wildlife observation and World War II history.  She loves the beauty of North Idaho and the wildlife that roams her property on a daily basis.
